1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Sanetti P&L Consulting Ltd (“Sanetti”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Kenya, of Bruce House, Standard Street, off Mama Ngina Street, Nairobi. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Consulting engagements and training delivery are governed by separate written agreements, proposals or booking confirmations. Where those documents conflict with these terms, they take precedence.

2. Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about our services and training programmes. It is not legal, financial or professional advice and should not be relied on as such. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

Programme dates, formats and fees shown on the site and in downloadable catalogues and brochures are indicative unless marked confirmed. They are confirmed in writing before any registration is finalised.

3. Registering interest and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry or registration of interest through this site does not create a booking or a contract. We will contact you to confirm availability, dates, fees and joining details. A place on a programme is confirmed only when we say so in writing and, where fees apply, in line with the payment terms we confirm with you.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it, including any details about other participants from your organisation.

4. Fees, payment and cancellation

Fees quoted on the site are indicative and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Final fees, inclusions, payment terms and cancellation terms are set out in the booking confirmation or engagement agreement, which we send before any registration is finalised.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, course outlines, catalogues, brochures, graphics and the Sanetti name and logo, belongs to Sanetti or its licensors. You may download and print catalogues and brochures for your own or your organisation’s internal use in considering our services. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, publish or commercially exploit site content without our written permission.

Training materials provided during a programme are for participants’ personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Do not submit false, misleading or malicious content through our forms, or upload files that contain malware.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape the site or generate submissions.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sanetti is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or from reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

9. Privacy

Personal data you provide through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
