How do I choose a programme?
Browse programmes by training area and review the audience, outcomes and delivery details. Contact our team if you need help choosing.
Where can I find upcoming live classes?
The Live Classes page lists scheduled sessions and cohorts that are forming. You can filter by area and month and register interest from each class.
Do I need an account to browse programmes?
No. You can browse programmes and register interest without an account.
Can my organisation arrange a private programme?
Yes. Catalogue courses can be adapted for institutional delivery, subject to scope, audience, timing, content depth and facilitator availability.

What learning formats are available?
Live online classes, masterclasses, cohort programmes and institutional briefings. Many programmes can also be delivered in person, blended or in-house.
Where are dates, duration and fees shown?
Each programme's brochure (PDF) shows its duration, scheduled months and indicative fees. Monthly and annual catalogues are on the Downloads page.

How do I register my interest?
Use the class page or enquiry form. Sanetti will confirm availability, dates, fees and joining details before registration is finalised.
When is my place confirmed?
Yes. Some classes allow registration of interest first. Final dates, fees and joining instructions are then confirmed before the class proceeds.
Where can I find payment and cancellation terms?
Fees, payment terms and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before registration is finalised. Ask our team if you need them earlier.
Live classes & access
Are classes live or self-paced?
Most Sanetti Virtual Campus classes are live or cohort-based. Some catalogue courses may also be activated on request or delivered privately.
Are live classes recorded?
Recording depends on the class format, client arrangement, confidentiality requirements and the nature of participant discussion.
What do participants need before joining?
Participants usually need stable internet access, a working email address, access to the meeting platform and any pre-session materials shared in advance.
Certificates & resources
Do participants receive a certificate?
Where applicable, Sanetti may issue attendance records, completion confirmations or other agreed training documentation.
Are course materials provided?
Yes. Pre-session materials are shared in advance where applicable, and programmes include practical templates and learning resources.

Can we plan a learning calendar?
Yes. Institutions can request a phased learning calendar covering several sessions, departments, teams or programme areas over a defined period.
Can board briefings be delivered virtually?
Yes. Board briefings, executive masterclasses and senior leadership sessions can be structured as compact virtual sessions.
